Usually when we are all tired, exhausted of every day life, well...we are then thinking what to do to relax our body, since the body can't cope all the stress of our life.
Then we start thinking on spa, relaxation and just having few minutes on our own. Oh, I know kids can exhaust you and then there are all activities in the afternoon, all work in home and taking care for kids, animals and husband :-) I'm just joking, but yes there are many times when we don't take care on ourself and we just rush over our life.
So, please do take care on yourself and once in a while take 10 minutes for a day and go somewhere just to relax few minutes. And meditate.
When I say meditate, I’m talking about taking 5-10 minutes, maybe more (if you have the time), to silence your mind, using this time as a form of relaxation and renewal. Your body is worth of relaxing for just 10 min a day. Otherwise this kind of life is killing yo, slowly but it is.
You may choose to utilize this time as a way of quietly focusing your mind on the images that you want to experience. You may choose to utilize this time as a way of opening your mind to new ideas that will improve your life or solve certain problems that you’re encountering.
Your mind is always so busy; take a few minutes everyday to give it a much needed refresher. “Time-out” is always better than “burn-out.” Schedule “time-out” daily, if you do, you will be healthier, happier and you will have many more creative ideas to improve your circumstances and your life.
Simply enjoy your life, every minute of your breathe, no matter what is going on around you. It's just important that you are relaxed and calm and then your thinking will be too. Don't worry, the other world will stay in chaos forever.
